is a user-friendly guide filled with DVD’s and easy-to-read materials.

Kelly Torres Center – Provides information and materials to meet the
needs of agencies and individuals who serve children prenatal through age five age
and their families. The Center (located at First 5 San Bernardino) includes a selection
of books, brochures, magazines, videos and DVD’s and other materials. All materials
are free.
