The 211 Program includes a countywide, comprehensive, searchable database
of verified government and non-profit service providers and programs available to
First 5 partners and the public on a 24/7/365 basis. As part of this project, IEUW
also operates a professional bilingual information & referral call center in conjunction
with the 211 database.
