Priscilla’s Helping Hands provides comprehensive resource center services
to meet both the long and short term needs through referrals and linkage, case management,
home visits, prenatal education, parenting education, and child development services.
The program will serve 340 families per program year. The Resource Center is located
in zip code 92404 and serves a very high risk population.
