Monte Vista Healthy Options
Monte Vista "Healthy Options" is a collaborative effort between Chino
Valley Unified School District, the City of Chino, the Chino Valley YMCA and the
Chino Valley Medical Center Charitable Foundation. Its goal is to improve health
outcomes, enhance quality of life and promote human dignity through health education,
prevention and services across the healthcare spectrum.
