A Tactile Approach to Learning

Blindness Support Services Children’s Department Home Visitation Program provides parents training and supplies to enhance the learning of blind/visually impaired children from birth to age five. They work with parents and children together to help parents develop the skills and understanding of how and why different tactics help their children learn.
