Reach Out to Parents
Program components include: substance abuse, tobacco and secondhand smoke
campaigns designed to protect infants and toddlers from the hazardous effects of
secondhand smoke and tobacco and substance abuse by parents/caregivers. In addition,
the “Big Steps for Little Feet” program provides pregnant and parenting adolescents
with increased prenatal education and care.
